Clam Chowder

  • ½ cup of Butter
  • ¾ cup of green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ cup celery
  • ½ tsp of thyme
  • ½ tsb bay leaves
  • 2 cups of raw dices onions
  • Two bottles of clam juice
  • 3 cans od Clams
  • 2 cups of Milk
  • 10 tbs flour
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ Black pepper powder


  1. Add butter, 1 cup onions, green and red pepper in a pan. Put the pan on heat.
  2. Add celery, thyme and bay leaves and in the pan. Mix it.
  3. Add rest of onions.
  4. Add two bottles of Clam juice. Cover the lid for few minutes and cook.
  5. Add cans of clams. Mix it.
  6. Add milk then add in the flour. Mix after adding every tablespoon.
  7. Add worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and black pepper.
  8. Cook by covering the lid for 10 minutes.
