Paneer Chili

  • ½ kg Paneer
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 ½ tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Pinch of Maida
  • Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 Chopped green chili
  • A half Onion
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Water
  • 1 cup Chili garlic sauce
  • Pinch of Agino moto
  • 1 cup Red and yellow bell pepper
  • Soya sauce to taste
  • 1 Lime juice
  • Curry leaves


  1. Make a mixture of salt, ½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 cup of corn flour, 1 egg and Maida. Pour the mixture on paneer.
  2. Deep fry the paneer.
  3. Add oil in a frying pan. Fry 1 teaspoon cumin seed, 1 tbsp chopped garlic,1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, chopped green chili, half onion, 1 tbsp coriander powder and little bit of water. Give it a stir.
  4. Now add chili garlic sauce, agino motto, red and yellow bell pepper, ½ teaspoon of chili powder, soya sauce to taste, curry leaves and salt.
  5. Add lemon juice and paneer and give it a stir.
  6. Add coriander.
