  • 250g Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 bought tart base or pie crust
  • 380g Condensed Milk
  • Juice of 2 lemons


  1. Pre-heat over to 180 degree's celius and bake the pie crust in the oven for 10minutes
  2. While pie crust is baking, in a bowl add cream cheese to the bowl with condensed milk and stir until smooth
  3. Add in lemon juice to mixture and pour into the base once the base is cool
  4. Regridgerate to set over night and serve chilled
